Robert J. Butler Memorial Garden

After Mr. Butler's passing on August 25, 2006 staff and residents wanted to create a tribute to his dedication and generous spirit which he gave to the agency for 34 years. We decided that the best way we could remember him would be to create a garden in his honor.

So in 2007 during the United Way's Day of Caring volunteers and staff creating space and added a pergola, bridge, bench, plaque and seating. The final touch to the garden was the addition of gorgeous plants both in planters and in the ground around the space.
