Transitional Living Coordinator - Wolcott, CT (Job ID#: 10037089): The Transitional Living Coordinator is a supervisory position working second shift in a PASS group home setting with adolescent females. Responsibilities include:daily shift management, supervising direct care staff, resident case management, recreational programming, written communication, staff training, behavior management and crisis intervention. Our program focuses on preparing adolescents for self sufficiency. Skills required: Excellent interpersonal skills, positive solution focused attitude, willingness to work in a team. Experience: Minimum of two (2) years working with adolescents preferably in a residential, group home or transitional living program.

Independent Living Counselor - Bristol, CT (Job ID#: 10036472): The Part Time Independent Living Counselor, under the supervision of the Program Coordinator and Senior Independent Living Counselor, shares the responsibility for the operation of LISA, Inc.'s Supervised Apartment Program. These responsibilities include but are not limited to: adherence to daily schedules, rules and regulations in regards to behavior and consequences, utilization of assessment procedures/tools, supervision and transportation of residents, management of disciplinary problems, management of apartments and all else needed to develop, implement and maintain the operation of the program. This position is 12 hours a week with varying days. Minimum Age Required: 21 yrs.

Life Skills Paraprofessional - Waterbury, CT (Job ID#: 10038576): Caring individual needed to provide transportation, meal preparation, clerical duties, and maintenance of the physical location. This position is 10 hours per week as defined by the needs of the life skills class. Qualifying candidates must have their Public Service License and be comfortable in driving a large vehicle capable of transporting 10 or more youth.
